We offer a 60-day return policy for eligible items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can use our self-service portal or email customerservice@starsandstripeslighting.com. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Some items—like custom orders and gift cards—are non-returnable.
To exchange a product, simply return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
For EU customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies under EU law.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If it's been more than 15 business days, please contact us for assistance.
