Returns
We offer a 60-day return policy for eligible items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To start a return, you may use our self-service portal or email customerservice@starsandstripeslighting.com. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.
Some items, including custom orders and gift cards, are non-returnable. To exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us for assistance.
