This product is in stock and ready to ship. Typically this will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We charge a $9.99 flat rate shipping fee on orders shipped anywhere within the continental United States. We also ship products to as Canada and some international destinations as well. We utilize several warehouses across the nation to ensure each order is accurately and safely fulfilled.
Express & Overnight
Due to our diverse product line, some of the items we offer may not be available for expedited shipping. Also, items that exceed a certain length or weight would be excluded as well. To ensure shipping accuracy and prevent fraud, all overnight or express shipments must be placed by phone at 1-800-357-6860 during normal business hours. We will provide you with a quote for express shipping prior to charging the order. Any express and overnight orders placed after 11 AM CST will have to ship the following business days. Once an express order is entered, no changes can be made.

Damaged Products
Even though all of our orders are packaged with care in mind, there are sometimes accidents that can occur during transit. For damage claims, we must be notified within 48 hours after the package is received. Please notify customer service with your name, address, and contact information. Once that information is received, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Once the carrier has assesed the damage, we will make arrangements for a replacement order to be shipped. In order for this to transpire, the package(s) must be received and inspected, and not refused under any circumstances.
