Consumers are starting to turn to LED Tube High Bays when upgrading their outdated high bay fixtures. One of the main reasons most choose these fixtures is they require less cost upfront to upgrade to LED technology. They are manufactured utilizing a traditional fluorescent frame without a ballast and pre-wired to accept LED T8 Lamps. Not only are these a cost effective upgrade, they offer a huge reduction in energy consumption. Depending on the fixture being replaced, they can offer over an 60 percent savings. These LED High Bay fixtures also help to cut-down on overall maintenance costs with their 50,000 rated hour lifespans and 5 year manufacturer's warranty.

One of the most appealing features these fixtures provide is that they allow you to customize your lighting application with LED bulbs you prefer. This version of the LED High Bay utilizes a specular miro-4 reflector to evenly distribute its light output. They come in a variety of different lamp configurations that include four, six and eight lamp. These LED High Bays are a great replacement for traditional HID and fluorescent systems, since they do not require a ballast. In the past, traditional high bay fixtures always was known for one of its main drawbacks of having to constantly replace lamps and ballast. Unlike LED integrated fixtures, LED Ready High Bay fixtures do not require a driver to operate the LED lamps. Each LED lamp has its own integrated driver, so when the lamp eventually fails, you just replace it and you have a brand new fixture again. These fixtures are UL Listed for damp and dry locations making them an excellent choice for warehouses, gymansiums, manufacturing facilities and workshops. They can replace traditional 175 watt to 400 watt metal halide high bays.
